If you’re not completely satisfied within the first 7 days of your purchase, simply contact our support team for a full refund—no questions asked.

Monthly Plan:

For monthly plans, refunds are not provided, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. Manage your subscription directly through your account settings.

Subscription Cancellation & Billing Updates:

You can cancel your subscription or update your billing information anytime directly from your membership portal - whether on your computer or through the DIY Homeowner mobile app.

How to Cancel:

Log into your account. Navigate to the Billing & Subscription section. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
